Well, in principle, no time at all. I do it as regularly and frequently as I can which means most days.
Are you having trouble. If your profile (as shown on the group membership list) has your age on it you should get approved very quickly.

Here's what to do.
1. Join her Yahoo group
2. Send her a message with lots of information about yourself (with a pic if you can).
3. See if she likes you. If she does she will eat you.
However note that she is in Miami at the moment and not back till 17th June.
