Just to say that Deloris stated on last nights Babestation she knew who had posted the photos of her on the website and if they were not removed by Friday they would be in "big trouble". I got the distinct impression she meant legal action. If the photos were taken privately by a boyfriend at the time I hope he gets whats coming. On the other hand if it was the case she posed willingly for a magazine and now wants them withdrawn is there anything she can actually do once the photographer has paid her or is he free to do whatever he wants with the pictures? What rights do models have in these situations?

If she has signed a model release then she has got no hope whatsover really as the photog owns the copyright to all the pics.

Delores appears to have been successfull in getting her pictures withdrawn. The Yahoo Babestation group seems to be shut down.

Looks like Babestation might allready be in trouble with our dearly beloved Independant Television Commission. After a surprisingly explicit performance by Danni on the Private Babe slot on monday she appeared again last night but the camerman had obviously been instructed not to show any of what Monty Python would call the "naughty bits". There were a couple of accidental flashes as she changed positions but she actually said she was being told not to show too much. As a stream of texts protesting at the censorship rolled past on screen she said to the off screen director "they're not happy about not seeing more, you know that, they're really aren't. Can't you do something about getting a licence to do something between 2 and 3" She did probably go slightly OTT on Monday but considering the blatant nudity Eurotrash and others have been showing for years at a far earlier hour and to much bigger audiences it would surely be perverse of the ITC to ban frontal nudity on Babestation.
