As for Mr Murphys question. No they are not related. But they do know each other. Perhaps they should have stuck to their original names to avoid confusing you. Angel was Sarah Read and Ashley was Amy Ball before silliness got involved.

No, it's a done thing in porn for there to be 'crazes' around certain names. Just think back fifteen years to when virtually every porngirl on the planet used the surname Lynn. (At the last count 117 different girls have used that surname in US porn - that's quite an extended family!) Sometimes it's so new performers can catch on to the coat-tails of existing stars, but I doubt that's the case with the Long 'sisters'. Though Layla Jade has admitted to christening Jessie J with a similar-sounding second name to her own for US promotional purposes. Oddly, the big craze nowadays (though not that prevalent in the UK) is for surnames that are colours. Just think how many Blonds, Blacks and Blues have appeared on the scene in the past couple of years.
