If you search the O/T forum you'll find a lengthy debate about the merits of the Trisha show, gone on have a butchers, I dare ya'.

if he was a researcher wouldn't he have done that before planting the request?

Stuart is genuine.
But unless someone has a legitimate cold-blooded reason to be on the show,is prepared to take the consequences etc. It is well advised to leave it alone.
For your benefit Stu, your bosses are guilty of the grossest hypocricy with their patently false "Concerns" for the mugs on the stage willing to be a national laughingstock for a few mins of (UNPAID) "fame".
Ratings Rule.

No pay, no way. Degrading exploitation before the masses and no payment. I don't think so.
