I posted here a couple of weeks ago about delivery times for hcc and got
a good response but since then i have still not got the tapes the cheque
was cashed on the 8 may almost 4 weeks ago i sent them a email 2 weeks
ago and got a fast reply to say the were i bit behind and orders would go
out at the start of last week but nothing has arrived, this week i sent
another email with the details of my order but have not had a reply yet
is this normal with hcc i understand they give a good service or is this
a one off.

I CAN TOP THAT PAUL. I SENT HCC CASH ON APRIL 29,OVER SIX WEEKS AGO.I HAVE SENT THEM TWO EMAIL THAT THEY IGNORED,ONE THIS WEEK AND ONE THE WEEK BEFOR.
I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THEY MAY BE INUNDATED WITH ORDERS BUT ITS JUST PLAIN BAD MANNERS NOT TO ANSWER E MAILS, CONSIDERING THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY . MAKES ME WONDER WETHER WE WILL EVER SEE OUR ORDERS OR OUR MONEY EVER AGAIN
IT DOES NOT INSPIRE CONFIDENCE IN HCC.
INFACT IT MAKES ME BLOODY ANGRY

I wouldn't be surprised if you don't get your money back actually. Because some companies bank you not going to tell the authorities that you ordered porn but got scammed.

I'd regualarly post their bad reputation on here for others to see, had it happened to me

I've used HCC for a while now and i've never been ripped off by them. They are a reputable set up but do seem very slow at the moment, i'm also waited for stuff ordered a month or so ago.

I ordered 1st May and still nothing. Used them before and it's been o.k. but they have not answered several e-mails. I've been assured that this is not unusual but I think the only thing they guarantee is cashing your cheque.

Im not the only one then i think i will stick to your choice without doubt
the best.
