Is Claire[2] (Henry's british tarts Vol. 3) the same girl as Cheryl[2]?

Yes, I think you're right. There's a couple of photosets, from the same source as the Henry video, I think, in which she appears with black hair as in the photo for Claire [2], but it's plainly Cheryl [2] (I recognise her from the Fiona Cooper stuff.)
