Aspadol 100 (Tapentadol) is an analgesic used in treating moderate to severe pain. It helps reduce pain by sending a signal to the brain that it is responding to Pain. They are orange in color tablet and come 10 in the strip. strip. Aspadol 100mg Tablet belongs to the therapeutic classification of Opioid Analgesics. The primary composition for this medicine is Tapentadol 100 mg.

Instructions on how to use Tapentadol
It is tablets that you can take by mouth, either with or without food. The dosage suggested is 50mg or 75mg or 100mg every 4 to 6 hours depending on the intensity of the discomfort.

Common Side Effects
Feeling dizzy. Rise slowly over several minutes while sitting or lying down. Do not climb. You may feel lightheaded, sleepy, having blurred eyesight, or a shift in your ability to think clearly. Avoid driving or performing other activities which require you to be alert or have clear eyesight until you see the effects of this medication on you. Headache. Itching. Itching stomach, or throwing up. A few small meals, proper mouth care or sucking sugar-free, hard candy, or chewing sugar-free gum can help. Stomachs that are hard (constipation). You might try taking more fluids, working out, and adding more fiber into your diet. Talk with your doctor about the use of a stool softener or a laxative.

Dose Missed Dose
Take a missed dose immediately after you think about it. You may skip the dose you missed if it falls close to the time of your next dose. Do not take 2 doses at once or take additional doses.

Precautions and Warnings
Tapentadol or other components of this medication could trigger an allergic reaction. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to any medication. Make sure to tell about the allergy as well as the signs you experienced. You should mention rash, hives, itching, shortness of breath, and wheezing. Also, cough, swelling of the lips, face, tongue, and throat, and any other symptoms. If you have a serious lung condition or slow-moving digestive (gastrointestinal) tract. If you've used isocarboxazid, phenelzine, or tranylcypromine in the last 14 days. Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (eg, isocarboxazid, phenelzine, and tranylcypromine) must be stopped for 14 days prior to when this medication is taken. Taking both simultaneously could create high blood pressure risk.
