Can someone please ID the woman in Scene 4 of Julia Reaves's Hooked Up 11. I recognize Jean Pallett, but this movie, like most Julia Reaves movies, are not well documented here or on IAFD. Any help and info is appreciated.

Thank you, but do you also happen to know the release year for this movie?
I was looking at xjuggler and jeedoo pages, but I think the dates listed there are when the movies were released in the shop, not in general. I've noticed that multiple volumes have the exact same release date on xjuggler.

The films from the Hooked Up series are compilations of material from Bex and Julia Reaves movies from the early 2000's.
The Julia Reaves scenes are mostly taken from the series
Tell Me More.
Monique's
scene is from c. 2000 and also taken from the Tell Me More series.
