Looking for Old German Movie

Hi !
So years ago I watched german movie (it will be probably over 25 years old now), where in the begining, there is a young blond girl that goes to toilet, and then mother's friend (weird fatish actor, looks like like german mounteneer, with very long mustage) comes in, pissing into washing basin. Later in movie the same girl goes to work at coffe shop, where chinese girl is "servicing" people on toilet... later on blonde girl joins her in toilet.

I am looking for either name of the movie or name of blonde actress.
