Monster Fotzen 1 (XXL)

I would like to start IDing all the XXL Monster Fotzen movies. So far, Monster Fotzen 7 is the only one with an entry here and on IAFD.
Let's start with Monster Fotzen 1 (Xhamster link).
There are four scenes:
Scene 1.
and 
Scene 2.
solo scene (Is it Monika [12]? - same necklace as in Scene 4, but different hairdo and a nose piercing)
Scene 3. Eva [19] and John Stud
Scene 4. Monika [12] and
These are the IDs that were given on a VEF thread.
The guy in Scene 4 looks to me like this guy - Ricardo Sanchez, but I'm not sure.
Also, I'm unsure about the year of release. On jeedoo, the VHS version lists 1999, while the DVD version lists 2004. Those might be just shop-specific. Unfortunately, the available covers don't have a year of release.
