The scene with the blonde and Rene Bar was released on DVD by Lava XXL under the title "Caught in the act vol5".
This is most likeley a rerelease of the original Over C VHS. The scene was probably released by Lava XXL/Over C/GR Video on multiple DVDs/VHs.
Director might be Kaito Remanoto.
