Looking for video from 2000's

It was made by a long defunct studio named "Drop Dead Gorgeous: (not the US film), and the title was "Punishing Her Tardy Sub", and the lead actress was named Lulu Brookes, and resembled the silent film actress Louise Brooks. AI says it was from the British ;Femdom' era of the early 2000's, but as usual, it's wrong.
Clips of the video involve two actresses, with no male involvement whatsoever, This is true of another video the two women made, which I don't have the name of, so this would have to go under the category of Lezdom.
The plot of "Punishing" involves a striking blonde who plays the tardy sub, and Lulu plays the headmistress of the school who punishes the tardy teacher the usual way late teachers are punished; she hangs her in a wooden gallows, presumably in the basement of the school.
One thing rather unusual about the actress with blonde hair playing the teacher, she wears the exact same garment, a dirty looking V shaped thing covering her privates in both videos, that confirms the fact that she may not be all there, because that's all she wears.
