tech heads- your help plse !

looking to set up a girl related website.
any pointers as to 1) a good host(willing to pay to avoid pop-ups)
and,2) a good designer who won't have a prob.
with "adult" content.
plenty to choose from i know, but $ 64,000 question........
....which ones are the most reliable + price competitive as
opposed to cheap.
probably could save some cash & cut out designer but am really
not that interested in this aspect of things.
