Just something to think about..........
Is it fair to say that you are most likely to get 'extras' from a photographic model who has her own studio?
& how common is it?
Be interesting to get some feedback & thoughts on this, guys!

This is just the sought of 'Crap' that any pending possible model or current model in the industry really wants to be seen to be discussed on a public BB
Very rare for a model to have her own studio

Its very very rare for a model to have her own studio, so they couldn't offer 'extras' you mention, nearly all models work for agencies who have studios, so you have no chance of getting extras at all!
I don't doubt that 'extras' are on offer, but where, no one knows.

Since its possible to book models who will do b/g work and work with amateurs and will interact with the photographers (with either appropriate protection or a current HIV certificate), the question of "extras" is irrelevant. Also, models who do Bukkake, are they providing "extras"?
Its always best to be upfront with the models(and studios) as to type of work you wish to do. When you make personal contact with the model or studio (phone or face to face, but not generally via email) you will be told the limits of the work the model will undertake. Emailed enquiries for "extras" will usually elicit a negative response or no answer.
Of course its always a nice suprise if the model will actually perform above the limits that she wishes to publicise through the studio or on her website. There are a number of models who will work above their publicised limits for non-release/non-publication work, but naturally enough they wish to maintain their privacy.
There is no harm in asking in a nice friendly way, especially if you are also prepared to pay the going rate for the work, however pressuring a model to do work outside her limits is always a no-no and is likely to get you barred from the studio.
