The film starts at a football game at Atlético de Madrid, Torrente's favourite team. After having sex with a cleaning girl in the stadium's toilets, Torrente receives a call on his radio. He is commissioned by the police department of Torrelavega, a northern Spanish town. He is given a partner named Faralla and the two join forces against a terrorist plot that manipulates the studies of a mad scientist. Interestingly, the film came after the authorities of Torrelavega filed a lawsuit against Torbe for his comments on his website. He had said that the girls of Torrelavega were the ugliest in Spain because the people of the locality were descended from Neanderthals.
