This is some kind of remake of 'Double Indemnity'.

Loretta (played by Boisgel) once again has a 'new', old but very rich husband, whom she tries to arouse by sending very attractive ladies to serve him, so he may eventually die; she has it all worked out with her lawyer and lover; but the horny driver / wood chopper tries to blackmail her and desperately wants to have sex with her.
