I don't know if anyone else here uses or has used Bluestardvd.com for ordering adult DVDs, but I felt I had to post this warning as I am either being ripped off or they are becoming increasingly incompetent.
I've been using them for about a year now and initially they were very reliable, often items arrived the same week that I placed the order, plus I feel that their prices are very good compared to other outlets, but the last few orders I have placed have been less than satisfactory.
One order I placed a few months ago took a few weeks to arrive, but when it did it wasn't even the DVD that I ordered, i questioned them about it and they claimed that the title i had ordered wasn't available. so they just sent me another random dvd without telling me anything, hmmm.
The next order i placed was okay, except that the items (3 DVDs) all arrived seperately and took upto 6 weeks to arrive. At times they took a week or more to reply to my emails, sometimes not at all.
The latest (and no doubt, last) order i placed with them was the final straw. Again i ordered 3 DVDs, on July 1st, but i am still waiting for the order to be completed. Firstly, i noticed that on my account page where you can track your order that after a month my order was still 'pending' (ie, they hadn't even started the process of my order). I emailed them any funnily enough the first dvd of my order arrived about a week later. a similar tale with the next dvd, that arrived about 10 days ago. Having heard nothing from them regarding my last order i emailed them only to be told that the title was unavailable, roughly six weeks after placing the order, yet no one cared to tell me that. I was asked if there was an alternate title that i would like, which i chose, but have heard nothing back from them since, despite several emails i have heard nothing from them in the last two weeks, and my account page still shows the original (unavailable) title that i ordered.
I can't think why they would be ripping me off as they would only be making ?20 out of me. MAybe they are just becoming crap.
Sorry if this seems a little excessive, but I thought I'd share my experiences and warn others not to risk using them.
