I dont know if anyone can help, as I have searched the site and the forums.

A friend of mine claims to know a girl who says she was in a Brit adult fim simply called "Mario."

I dont think there is one... Am I wrong?

Posssibly one of Marino Franchi's own efforts (Road trips series), or one of the zillions he did under others' auspices.
He is widely and erroneously known as 'Mario' (as in the not entirely unflattering 'Supermario').

Not ever heard of a film called Mario but as jj says there is Marino Franchi who is called Mario, Super Mario etc...etc...
