Idea for a new site...

Hi guys,
I've been thinking of a way to make a new free site but from reading this forum have become more sensitive to the issue of copyright theft.
To try and solve this problem I'm gonna try to start a site that contains only pictures given to me by their owners in return for a link(s) back to their site(s).
As far as i've though about it, it could work like this:
For every 20 images a sites lets me use i will place 1 link back to them (on the page with their pics).
If they are so kind as to provide me with access to their site i will make a short review of it and place it on my links page.
I would also make hit stats viewable to all so that pay sites could judge if it is worth their while.
I know there are afew pay site webmasters on this forum and i would love to know what they think about this idea or how i could refine it.
At its peak OidsWorld has getting about 7000 hits a day, if we could get this new site around the same level I belive everyone would benifit from it

For me the obvious question is why, do you like the idea of being involved in web design, or porn or both, what is the reason for putting up another site when there is already thousands up there. All this swap for this and swap for that kind of sounds like a school project "see what you can make out of nothing". I would have thought it was simple buy some images (I don't meen this months Escort), put a site together with them and then offer to link with other sites.
Only problem might be once you have spent all your money buying images and building your site what if someone comes along and "public domains" all your images and builds a site with them,,,well dont worry cause copywrite will protect you.
I wish they had this public domain plea when I got my guilty verdict......
I think this site is top class and would not want to change it so any talk of a new site the same as this except full of "nicked" pictures is off topic. (O I meen public domained)
If Alec or the guys want any pictures to add to the site then I would give them..ask and you will receive,

As you've mentioned, this subject is off topic, so i will answer you by email if thats ok phil. The new site i was talking about was not ment to mean a site to replace this one.
