This is probably a silly suggestion
The recent posting that suggested Miss M Thorne could earn 25k for a h/c role got me thinking
Julia Roberts gets $6m and keeps her clothes on and a marketing budget of $25m to promote the movie so is 25k so much?
If 25 of the regulars put up ?2,000 there would be enough for a reasonable shoot.
Consensus on the cast and plot- Strictly UK girls to stay on message and UK location- maybe approach MCG for expertise- With modern editing it would be feasible to have a "Will she won't she" edit for our webmaster- and perhaps a Ben Dover edit. Internet rights to those website afficionados's
Based on the classic Marketing principle of "give the public what they want" .Enough publicity would probably be garnered free through the Star/Sun -Mirror etc to cover 2000 sales at ?25
once the basic investment was covered the proceeds could go to charity!
With some of the current injustices abounding in the worlds of commerce and politics I sort of think that 25K is fair for this sort of work. I'm only sorry that it is not the norm.

'This is probably a silly suggestion' - You said it matey!! It might be my imagination, but judging from some recent posts it would appear there must have been another closure of a Mental institution somewhere, with the result of some former patients being released into the community. It would appear that a couple of them have stumbled onto this site!!

Re: ?25,000's worth
I acknowledge that my posting was rather foolish
I do enjoy this site- I have used it to locate and work with some of my favourite models
I accept that I deserve the castigation that I have received for my rather idealistic post.
What I find unacceptable is the defaming of a 3rd party from the "Quiet observer"
On that basis could I ask you to delete this post before It leads to further hostilities.
Thank you

Re: ?25,000's worth
I think it?s fucking funny that a forum set up to discuss porn considers itself so PC. I understand where the moderators of this site are coming from but remember we live in country with free speech.
I agree its right not to be openly mean to people but sometimes I wonder about the people that moderate this forum. Where is it hosted, my guess is the Vatican
Woodnome said- 'this is not a gossip column', fair enough but considering alot of recent posts have been concerning linsey dawn's and Teresa May?s hard core stuff, sometimes that is what it turns into.
Perhaps Alec and crew should consider making this forum members only and vetting who is allowed to post. People can also make posts using any name they want which I think is wrong.
I know this post will be taken the wrong way, but i ask alec and crew to please read between the lines and try to understand where i'm coming from. - i could go into a christian chat room with nick name judas and not get half the slating i'd get if i asked a question slightly off topic in here, do you see?

Re: ?25,000's worth
as you say, we live in a country with freedom of speech, so what's stopping you from starting up your own forum, where you can set the rules how you like?
this site was created, and is maintained by, the individuals who wrote the faq. this sets out what they consider acceptable and unacceptable within the forum. if you're not happy with this state of affairs, follow their example and create your own space.
in all seriousness, it is not a hard thing to do! i would suggest www.geocities.com. the real difficulty lies in the creation of an environment, that is as popular as this forum. the reason moderators are quick to delete or edit posts which breach the faq, is because the overwhelming majority of people who post or lurk here, like the tone of the place.
that's at least part of the reason why punters, producers, models and vendors are all willing to make posts here, readily exchanging opinions and information that are of help to others.
creating a members only forum would probably discourage many people from visiting the site, without deterring determined trolls - these things are easy enough to get around. the premise behind bgafd is that of a freely available resource, for all who share a common interest in british models, which also encourages those who do use it, to make whatever contribution they can.
and if by pc you mean pornographically correct, we take that as a compliment!
