I've just been reading some older messages, and I think Layla-Jade's comments about Jack Napier will make some of us feel even more inadequate than usual! While I hate to disagree with Layla on a subject like this, there's no way Jack has a 16-inch wanger!

Lexington Steele modestly claims to have 11 inches 'on a good day'. From video scenes where Lex and Jack perform with the same girl, Jack's dick is about the same length as Lex, but thicker. It looks even more impressive as he is a skinny guy. Mandingo is also about the same length, or maybe slightly longer.
