I spoke to them a couple of days ago. They are moving (physically changing locations), and have to wait for a new connection.

By middle of next week everything should be back to normal.

Spoke with them late last week.

They had more probs than they expected. Hopefully this week sometime.

(Although I know them, my only involvement with the site is as a model).
