I'm not sure - but there seem to be a whole bunch of girls on who seem to be pushing it. I believe anywebcam is an Australian site, of which homehotties may or may not be an affiliation. From what I have seen homehotties use British and Australian sms chat numbers to promote pics being sent to mobile phones.
