Doesn't seem to have a BGAFD entry but appears to be a Brit.
IAFD shows her as a Brit and active from 2002 to date.
Search Extreme also shows her as a Brit. It also has a picture.
From other sources I've been told that she will be 22 this year. So she will have been aged 19/20 for her US debut which might indicate some earlier work on this side of the pond.
Anyone got any more info?
