I have had the same problem with Euroflex, a couple of months ago I ordered some videos, two did not come and one was the wrong tape, I placed another order over a month ago and told them of the problem, but still no tapes have arrived, has anybody else had any problems with them recently, as I have always found them pretty reliable.
