Barrack room lawyer opinion only, but the clinic is there only to inform you about your health status. They'll be a dozen laws preventing them from realeasing confidential information to third parties. (Even if they wanted to, which would be extremely bad for their business)
We have need of you again, great king.
Re: Layla Jade On the HIV Scare in US
Hi Lay,
Thank you for taking the time to post a message that was, by it's length and detail, so obviously heartfelt.
It leaves me with very little to say except for a spot of re-iteration.
The US porn industry had (to say the least) an unfortunate incident but because of AIM, with it's standardised process, industry acceptance and pre-prepared contingency measures, it was able to quarantine the situation and avoid a disastrous epidemic.
The only way to that the UK porn industry will be able to achieve at least the same is if the BIAHA turns from a topic of discussion to a reality.

Re: Layla Jade On the HIV Scare in US
hi layla how are you i think exactly the same as you accept i have totaly given up doing hardcore and havnt done any for months and never will go back to doing it and i also think someone was watching over me because after coming back from the states late last year i was contemplating going back to the US around mid march/april before deciding to give it up completely so it could have also been me in this situation and i have a little boy to think about not just me.No amount of money in the world would make me comprimise my health and leave my son motherless.I think the whole industry should go condom only. What i dont understand is surely these producers know the high risk contries so why shoot in them its stupid and reckless and they need there heads seeing to because it isnt just people in the industry that could be effected performers have lives and relationships outside the industry.Take care i hope to speak to you soon

Hi Lay...It is obvious from your post that somebody was watching over you, I was so pleased that fate has protected you from all this crazy stuff.
I can remember how concerned and stringent you were regarding your personel health whilst you were this side of the pond, you should be an inspiration to all.
I agree that it is terrifying that people can test clean even though they have infact contracted HIV.
Layla you are well respected both here and overseas, and I hope that your words will hit home to the performers who suppliment there careers with private parties and bukakee events and the ilk, that they are taking unnessacery risks. I know that you were always very concerned for girls that did these type of events.
Take care of yourself

A couple of points....
1 - A clean test...
A clean test doesn't count for much... it's a statement of HISTORY. What you actually have with a certificate is a RESPONSIBILTY to protect the integrity of that certificate and a token that says "I'm serious about this".
I'll try to explain the concept of that responsibility - it's difficult to make it clear but I'll try to describe it.
The way I've always looked at my certificate is this - from the point I get that cert I have to do everything in my power to guard against putting myself at risk of exposure. The cert tells me I was clean 3 months ago - I know have to keep myself from obvious risk for another 3 months but my next cert will still only be a depiction of my PAST status...
The problem with the whole thing is you are utterly reliant on the person/s you're working with - you have no option but to put your faith in them and believe that they too have guarded themselves from risk.
That has ALWAYS been the situation and regardless of how frequent we subject ourselves to the test it's ALWAYS going to be simply a snapshot of the test.
The simple fact is frequent testing just flags up a positive more quickly and reduces exposures.
This has ALWAYS been the case... this isn't anything new.
2 - IDs.
A certificate that is NOT supported by an ID is worthless... Each and everytime I have obtained a cert I have been required to provide photo ID (pasport or Drivers Licence) and either my passport number or driver number is appended to the cert and the certificate is marked to show that photographic ID HAS SEEN BY HEALTH ADVISER.
Maybe things were different the last time you were in the UK, Layla - but in my experience ID is DEFINITELY REQUIRED.
On AIM and BAIHA - we need an organisation like AIM pretty much to handle the admin and bring all these clinics under one umbrella... What does concern me, however, is MOTIVE. If BAIHA use one specific clinic will their motive be health related or bottom line financial figures - PROFIT?
It is my only concern... The infrastructure at the moment is not capable of handling what the industry needs - It is going to be very interesting to see how it develops....

Jack this is about our industry, no cunt can buy me or BAIHA some of the group are nice clever pencil pushers and some are like big Terry a crazed up psyco's. if you or anything thinks we are doing it for money wake up. I spent most of the night compiling a list of GU clinics in Central Scotland for someone when I could have f__ked him off to get a copy of yellow pages.
Anyone who does not support the group are fickwits its not about politics its about health, not HIV its about all STD's...like I said before I have a clear bill of health and I am past the incubation so why the Fik should I care.
Blueprint is giving a Page to BAIHA and I am offering any other magazine in UK a free page in Blueprint if they take the BAIHA page.

You misunderstand...
I am NOT saying BAIHA will be profit motivated - I am saying I am concerned that the private clinics that wish to ally themselves WILL be profit motivated...
Of course the industry folk are doing it for the right reasons - that goes without saying - it's those outside the industry, the Harley Street clinics that concern me!

I don't really care about a private clinic profiting, thats why they are private. Provide they offer a proffesional service who gives a shit,
