From my experience HCC have always been slow but have always delivered in the end. I agree they aint the best at responding but i've always had the goods even after the well documented problems they had recently.
I would hang fire, I reckon your stuff will turn up eventually and some of it is worth it

Got a message from the post office yesterday that i had a package that was "too big for my letterbox"....i'll go down and see what it is this morning. Fingers crossed...
