I used to strip for the royal marsden, and other local surrey hospitals, a load of the stippers used to do the shows for about four years, we raised a ton of money, then we were told the shows were in bad taste and they did not want our money.
Shame even when we try to do good, snobbery would rather see people die than accept fun charity money.

Cancer Research UK don't seem to have a problem with where the BGAFD money comes from. I always tell the lady in the shop how it was raised and on the first occasion (the knicker auction) I told them in an accompanying note and recieved a thank you letter. It seems they're cool with it.
