As stated a few days ago, i have exhausted Karen White. I have now given Julie Brown a seeing to, so am now trying my luck with lovely Misty Mckaine!!.

Been nice to ask permition before using peoples pictures, I never have a problem usualy with this as it is usually good for the girl.
So ask then use otherwise it get taken down.

Yes i have as ,although i found all the pictures freely on various newsgroups available to all , i was naive about copyrights etc... and i got leant on so had no option as i started the group for others, not to upset or rip people off or for my own gain which i seem to have done. The same goes for the Julie Brown group for exactly the same reasons. Apologies to all parties.

Spigly, all he was asked to do was ask permition to use the pictures, not take the site down or anything like it. How can you expect a model to get any paying members if her pictures without her knollege or even a link to her site are on a free site. As for the greedy, f***ing bit watch your mouth if you don't know the circumstances don't get involved. Why don't you let us all come round your house eat your grub, drink your booze, sleep in your bed. Well it's all free aint it.

As far as I am aware Misty is out of the buisness, so it would be hardly taking money from her, as for you, your attitude of veiled threats does not bode well for your buisness acumin, and certainly not your pocket.

A few sites I've come across on the net have disclaimers
which alow any disgruntled owners of the pics to email them to be removed

As Phil Mc has said its easier if possible to ask permission(if possible)

Pics are available freely on the net only because samples are available via TGPs,Previews or Members of paysites assume they own the pics once downloaded-wrong
