There is to be no appeal as it would be futile and very damaging financially to the parties already prosecuted. However another approach is being looked at for mail order. Can't add more than that at this time.

Sadly the situation in the UK is substantially different than in Holland. R18's were a huge step forward, but, in my opinion, there has always been a situation where people determine enough, could use a back door method to prosecute their distribution, if not their content.

Unfortunately keeping the healthy expression of sexuality underground creates the best conditions for the less savoury aspects to flourish (just as prohibition enabled gangters to make a killing out of booze) and there are plenty of hyprocrites in positions of power that have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo for that reason.

There is an ongoing appeal, Pabo will be going all the way to high court, spoke breifly to my legal people and from the sounds of it they stand a good chance of overturning the ruling, It all comes down to the sales method...The important issue is the offer of sale, our understanding and the stated law is "an offer of sale is not concidered in law to be a contract".
To get that simple if you put a rolex in your window at ?50 you do not need to sell it for that. TS could get shitty with you as if they prove you are doing the advertising as a marketing ploy they could prosecute you for a trading offence but only if you continually did it. Simply because in law "an offer of sale is not a contract".
More examples of how grey a grey area is.
