From the Threads/Sites I have read, the list for various Tests include:
Chlamydia
Gonorrhoea
Hepatitis B
Hepatitis C
Herpes
HIV Elisa
Syphilis
PCR/DNA

What is the generally required minimum/standard Tests needed for work in porn?
