I agree Joe, I read gande's comments and they struck me as insulting to a model of any level experience never mind a model of Emma B's calibre.
It seems to me that agencies like this are just trying to make money out of other people rather than actually help them.

I live local and i go upto girl/girl hardcore which none of the models listed as nude+ do i dont think there are any which do uk/usa mag on there :s one works upto soft girl/girl
id think if i was the only girl on the list doing girl/girl hard id get all the offers
do the models get alot of work thru ur agency?
id only work exclusivly thru an agency if they could guarantee me at least one job a week

Thanks for asking about Sahara... She's great and has been working very hard... Last weekend she shot with Roxy Rare on Sat and on Sunday for Playboy tv...

I added a couple of more pics to her new sites tour last week of her with Jade Newman and I'll add a couple of her with Emma on Monday along with a guy she's giving a caning to tomorrow (Sat)

O'k lets all bash an agency.

YES we guarantee our models in the vain that if they do not show we compensate the people who booked them and take the model off our books immeadiately.
I am sorry but everyone moans to high heaven about no shows, costing you money etc etc etc and yet want to bash an agency who is doing something about it.

When we "test shoot" it is a 5 minute thing basically to see if the girl/model shows up on time and how she presents herself. How many of you have had a model turn up late and looking a mess not ready for a job?? Plenty i am sure and from agencies too. I know we did before we started this so hence the agency was formed.
All pictures we take of models are theirs and they do not pay for them, so the thought of making money out of test shoots etc is utter rubbish. We do not sell any images we take unless our models want us too. That is also GUARANTEED.

We do not take models from all over like many others for the reasons above and many others.It would put us out of business with the amount of no-shows and un-professional models about using us to advertise themselves. We work extremely hard for the models who want to model and expect the same level of commitment from them.
A simple test shoot ( with expenses paid by us ) we feel is not so much to ask in exchange for our time and work. This is also why we tend to only take new models, who generally are local.

Sorry to have bothered everyone on this board. We are trying to do something to help in this business and will carry on doing so.
Incidentally one of our new models is now modelling all around europe for top clothing firms so we must be doing something right!Oh and 3 have been on t.v doing paid work. Most of our models get at least 1 job a week ranging from leaflet hand outs to more adult work depending on what they do.

You are on the forum for the adult biz and not any other type...

A model who turned up ready to woek for an adult shoot wearing the full rig and using public transport would be a brave person. This biz works just a little differently...

The model turns up for the job, knowing that shye has to or not bring clothing and make up. Most of us provide the clothing for the model to wear . Until she see's it she won't know what make up to wear.. That's why the top people actually have make up artists present.. So this is the wrong forum to talk about models turning up looking scruffy.

You started an argument by insinuating that agencies took fees from models for work any work they get... As I said above .. I've never heard of this in the UK neither has Michelle who runs an agency !

Next... giving Emma B a hard time when she is becoming known isn't doing yourself any favours.. Or do you want to be like the guy at Decca records in the 60's who turned down the Beatles... I can understand you wanting to meet unknowns but when someone who has her own site approaches you... Does she really need to be tested to see if she turns up on time... DUH

O'k O'k we are on the wrong forum then. This was not meant to turn into a slanging match.
As we do very little adult work here we obviously have no concept of what it is all about.
We are predomanantly photographers and run our business accordingly, although do get the occasional video crew coming to us.

We do not profess to know anything about the adult business as it is not our line of work, so we have obviously stumbled onto the wrong site to advertise our wares.

Neil, i am sorry but we have the utmost resect for our models, but our aim is to give clients what they pay their hard earned money for.If we did not have any respect for them why have none left us and why do they all bring their friends along to join us? The only time we have no respect for them is when they do not do a professional job and mess people about. It would not go un punished in any other job so why should it not in this profession?This is our only stipulation. No model has to do any job they are offered but if they say they will do it then we expect them to make every concievable effort to do so.

As this post was intended to do, we were simply offering for people to come along and see for themselves what we do instead of listening to hearsay from others. We have had many photographers and a few videographers use our models and facilities and most come back and can give references as to how we work.
Yes we are based in the back and beyond but many,once been,decide to go that extra mile and come back as they like what they see.

We will apologise now for wasting everyones time here, it was just a thought as it did look like a nice and friendly place to post and get to know everyone.Obviously we are not welcome so will not trouble anyone again.
