Having heard how difficult it can be to get a Green Card, how does it work for people like her or LaylaJade?

I hate to be a cynic but does anyone else think that this interview is probably bullshit?

I mean that she has a couple of pics taken at Trade Show and then the "journalist" (*cough*) makes it all up, the questions and the answers?
