Anyone know how much the girls get paid per night?

I am looking to set up something like this for a channel and need to work out costings.

Fair comment but I was hoping for at least some idea or a "range".

I get approached every day by people prepared to present for free just to get on television in the hope they will get discovered but:

1. I prefer to pay for a pro presenter so the job gets done in one or two takes, not 25.

2. I don't think this is the kind of presenting they had in mind!

3. I am not really into exploiting people in this way!

Also, as BS and BC is live tv, takes dont come into it...the presenter fucks up, she fucks up, the show goes on.

Also, hardly any of the girls had done presenting before they started on BS.

Regarding 'a range' what would you be willing to pay? How much do you think the girls would deserve or expect for the work you are asking them to do?

I know what the rates are and I think that the girls are grossly underpaid for the hrs they have to put in at the station.. Having to be there before 10 pm and then not leaving till gone 2 pm with only a few 40 odd second breaks during the ads...

It can't be easy...

Joe A - lol we do get a break thru the night. And to be fair, its not exactly hard work. We all go, have a good laugh, a few drinks, thats all there is to it.
