Problems with ordering from Your Choice

A few months ago I tried to place an order with Your Choice. At some moment during the ordering process one has to choose a password. Whatever password I chose, it was not accepted. I sent them an e-mail, telling them what had happened and asking them why it had happened, but they never answered it.
Last week I tried to place an order again. Again all my passwords were rejected. And again I e-mailed them and did not get an answer.

In pre-password times I ordered from them a few times and never had any problems. They used to be quick and reliable. I am quite sure I behaved like an honest customer should. There are no unpaid bills.

Did others meet with the same problems? Would Your Choice be so kind to tell me what went wrong or, if my passwords were refused deliberately, what they have got against me?

First question: to which address (and from what address) did you send your e-mails?
Second question: can you e-mail me at webmaster@yourchoice.nl with some details, so I can check what goes wrong?

I have just mailed you.

When one tries to place an order, one gets the question: 'Please enter your email address and create a new password. Your new password can be anything you like.'

When I choose a password, I notice next to my e-mail address the message 'Not accepted'. Whatever password I choose, this message keeps appearing.
