Making a film - the law

I'm finding it incredibly hard finding information on this subject.
These are some of the questions i need answering:

1)With great respect, could it be seen as paying for sex when paying a woman to have sexual intercoarse with a paid man?If so how do you get round it?

2)What are the implications of certification and distribution and what do i need to do to comply?

3)Who are the reliable agents and independent models in this business?

4)What is the UK protocol in respect to health(sexual discease)?

5)Is there anything i have missed in the above, which i should look out for?

With the exception of point 1). which I have often wondered about myself then all the other points have been discussed at length on here before so do a search of the forum and you should get some joy.

Any answers to point 1). would interest me as well.
