Just wanted to tell fellow formulites about the excellent service I've received from R18 DVD. Ordered two titles last Saturday evening. Received in deepest darkest Devon on Monday. Unfortunately one of the titles didn't play! I E-mailed them about the problem on Monday evening and waited for their response. Wednesday I received new dvd in box. No questions no quibble. They didn't even ask for the faulty dvd to be sent back first! I couldn't believe it. Both dvds only cost ?15 including postage!!!! Will be definitely using this great service again and can recommend them to everyone.

I'll be another satisfied customer who will be shopping with them again. I ordered a DVD on Sunday night and it came yesterday morning. Excellent delivery time.

I ordered a DVD over the net at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday - it was delivered at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

How's that for service.
