Thanks!! After I wrote that I thought that the Jackass/Porn hybrid COULD work. It's essentially a bunch of chavs doing loony things and videoing it but with a sexual element. The show could break down into individual escapades;

"The 120 MPH Cum Shot" - This sees our chavs flat out in a modded Clio on the A12 as one of them whacks off out of the passenger window. There's another car full of chav girls egging them on driving alongside. Ideally the jizz should splatter over their window.
