i was brought up on parade, the cheesy top shelf mag,and i would like to go back to the days of the whicker chair when all the girls wore stockings and high heels even on the beach in benidorm.these were days when hc was rarer than a ture story in the daily sport, but when the words glamour models was coined.like all good things from this era mullets, slip on shoes, thin ties, dempsey and makepeace, natural boobs, big perms, pretty polly stockings and wimpys the original glamour models are consigned to the history book (gone but not fogotton).
as i am new to all this internet business i am told this forum has some fellow 80's lovers who can help me in my quest for stuff.so if you have any photos, vids or gossip on the following

Try some of the yahoo groups. You can't find em through their front page as they want everyone to think they don't do anything cheeky! Use the search function in this forum and you will find some addresses. You will need to become a member but it's free. Set up another hotmail or yahoo e-mail account if you are worried about privacy.
If you trawl through the forum-search here using your brain for keywords you will probably find more than enough to be getting on with.
There isn't much freely available on the web from brit mags of the era but there is stuff out there if you think laterally.
http://groups.google.com/ will allow you to trawl old newsgroup postings and can turn up some gems. You won't get the attachments there and attachments will have fallen off the newsservers if more than a month or so old but still worth a look.
If you yearn for the real paper item try http://tilleysmagazines.bizland.com/ They have a great selection of back issues from that era.
But as a man who has tried this kind of quest, you have most certainly found the right place to start. SEARCH THE FORUM!
Oh don't forget the alt.fan.televisionx newsgroup for the odd treasure. Access it through newscache1.freenet.de server (just add it to your news accounts in Outlook Express) and you will get a lot of weeks worth of postings to hunt through.
Happy hunting.
