trying to find actress

I saw a british made movie on hotel pay tv in Spain.

I'm trying to find out who one of the actresses was.

I'm afraid details are a bit vague but i hope somone here will be able to help me.

The basic story was based in an office. There was a secretary character, played by the actress i'm after, and her manager.

In seperate offices to start the manager phones for an escort, who arives at the office and her and the manager start to get it on.
A while afetr the secreteary comes into the office and joins in.

I seem to remember the production company of the film was from bristol, and the pay tv had adult channel stings between the films.

The "mystery" actress also looked like page 3 model Katie Downes www.page3.com and had a tattoo on her lower back.
