I am desperate to get hold of these two videos featuring Tamsin Le Vann. I have been ripped off by Private online already and many other vacuous promises.
Does anyone have copies to sell or know a source that can sell them to me? Good cash awaits

Don't be absurd Truncheon. Private is a huge publicly listed company, they do not "rip-off" their customers anymore than 'Virgin' or 'Unilever' do. What has happened is probably a glitch in their order fulfilment system. You'll just have to be persistent.
I've recently experienced 'communication' problems with a large PLC (BT) They rang me up and said they would be forced to cut me off if I didn?t pay my bills. I said "Hey no problem, just send me a bill" They said they had - twice. I said ?But I haven?t received any bills!?
It turned out that they had been sending my bills to the wrong address. I corrected the representative, but guess what? They still send my bills to the wrong address! The problem is that the company is that big that there are now many different instances of my 'wrong' address in various databases within that company and due to the fixed lines of communication within a huge company the representatives who speak to you (if your lucky) and the people who administer the databases are world apart and never get to communicate with each other directly. So telling the lady at customers services in Dundee to amend my address will not yield instant results, though I sure it will be sorted sooner or later.
A boring little anecdote to be sure, but it illustrates that things can go wrong in even the biggest most professional of companies. However, if I was the type of individual who was prone to being irrational and slightly out of phase with the world, I might begin to imagine that it was a dastardly plot by BT to rip me off. Or shaft me in some undefined way....
Hey, have you guys ever bought anything from this company? Do they deliver? I heard a guy ordered a phone from them six months ago... and...maybe I should go to trading standards... But no, not just yet. A big white van with a blue light has pulled up outside my house and two burly chaps in white coats are coming up my garden path....

Thanks very much. You're absolutley right I have been a very impatient and unreasonable chap. How stupid of me. It isn't unreasonable to spend over ?60 over the net, having spent hundreds on similar sites without problem, and expect a company of Private's massive corporate proportions to deliver the goods to me after emailing them 7 times without response over a nine month period!!
