I've taken another look at The XXX Factor, and Julie [7] is definitely Red [3].

You can see the distinctive tatoos on her back in the film and on her page on the Johnny Rebel site.

Certainly is, I have her listed in my notes from the cover, but I haven't seen the dvd yet.
