Whilst I switched in briefly last night at around 10 o clock, there was a couple of blonde girls on the show. One was one of the girls who was presenting at that time who was Vicky Thomas who I think is who you are refering to. The other was Vicky Valentine, but she didn't have bobbed hair. So if I had to guess at who you mean I would say Vicky Thomas.

Vikki Thomas sounds like the girl you are talking about though I am surprised you don't recognise her as she has been at the top of glamour modelling for a good while now. She is lovely, always laughing and you never get the idea that she would rather be elsewhere though of course she would as it is work after all.
Vikki did once express an interest of being on my site along with Dani and Rebecca Smythe but unfortunately never heard anything more
