Placed an order for 5 discs 12 days ago, they all arrived safely this morning in 2 packages, posted from Germany (so not quite the 1st Class Royal Mail post implied by their website).

So, yes to "reliable". Delivery was within the 7-14 day terms from date of posting that they state on their website, although whether that's efficient is, I suppose, open to debate given that horses are no longer involved in mail transportation in most of Europe .

It was a bit of a surprise when they landed on the door mat with german pre-printed postage impressions on the jiffy bags.

I emailed them about the overseas postage and this is the reply that I received from them.

Hi,

We use Deutsche Post to pay for our UK postage fees, as we get a better rate from them than we can get from Royal Mail, as ridiculous as it may sound.

The envelopes have a Deutsche Post sticker on them, but they are processed, handled and delivered by Royal Mail.

We have not had a single package go missing using this system.
