Reliable Video Suppliers

Does anyone know any reliable video suppliers in the UK;or in
Europe who supply to UK customers and who will obtain special
orders from the USA and have them converted to PAL?

Plenty of companies sell USA material but as for special orders I do not think so. You can buy video recorders which play NTSC tapes if you want to order the tapes direct from america. A PAL/NTSC will cost under ?200.
