Does Double D productions still sell censored dvds

I want to buy Big Boob Summer Break #17208 but at "double d" it has an 18 certificate yet at other sites i've seen it with a R18 certificate.
I thought our laws had been relaxed,there is no m/f hardcore so whats the big deal.

There are two versions listed on www.bbfc.org.uk - the 129 minute version is an R18, and the the 91 minute version is an 18.

If doubled is based in the UK then legally they are only able to supply the 18 version, as R18s have to be sold in licensed sex shops.
