I would like to congratulate you on the speed of delivery of my latest purchase. I placed the order via your website on Sunday night and delivery was made on Tuesday morning.
As it was posted by recorded delivery, it required a signature and my postman likes a lie in before doing his round, so I only got a card through the door but I picked it up from the post office today.

Not at all. The reason for the post was to express my pleasure at getting my purchase so quickly.
On the downside, the running time stated on the label on the case is 58 minutes but my VCR measured it at 45 minutes.
