Models What Would Happen

i was wondering what would happen if you where booked for a video shoot you did the shoot everything went fine you signed a model release form and the producer pays you ?150 when you had agreed a fee of ?300 prior to the shoot but he was saying he will only pay ?150

This is an easy one Dave. You don't sign the model release until you have the dosh in your sweaty little paw!

o.k then what happens if the guys does not want a model release signing as the video is for his private collection and he just refuses to pay you saying your performance was not upto scratch could he get away with doing this

With amateurs models should get the cash in advance and have a friend with them at all times. This is not such a hard thing to think of really, after all it is a business and as such you should act like you would with any other business. We all have been "burned" in business but burn me once your bad... burn me twice... MY bad!!!
