a common argument used against max hardcore is that his material appeals to paedophiles and on those grounds should be banned. the reality is, paedophiles are interested in children, not adults dressed as children and, sad to say, there's plenty of the real mccoy out there to meet their requirements.
freedoms are hard won but easily lost. if, even with the best intentions, you find yourself in the same camp as those who would outlaw porn completely, you could find yourself on a slippery slope.
sex between adults and children is illegal and that's that. if you make a film of it or buy it you, know you're breaking the law. sex between two adults is legal (thank god!) and it seems to me, that should be that too.
if you start to try and make distinctions with regard to this type of scenario, or that sort of role playing, opponents of pornography will inevitably try and use the law in an ever more sweeping manner against all forms of expression.
if you don't like max hardcore or rob black, the best thing to do is ignore it. after all, that's what we say to someone when they start banging on about how morally offensive they find ben dover et al - "no one's forcing you to watch it!".
