slightly o/t definitions of Model work

It's about time all the terms were rewritten and very clear cos I am so very shy I dont like to discuss these sort of unseemingly matters.

However, if a model suddenly takes all her kit off and starts on the nearest dildo or sucking off the male talent then I feel obliged to take a few sample photos or a few minutes of video just to check the lighting.

There's also some modeling definitions here including "soft g/g", "hard g/g", "soft b/g" and "hard b/g".

These are this specific photographers definitions.

That would be me Phototaker - if any girls would be interested in shooting a set of photos to clarify each level of modelling then i would be quite happy to shoot it and place the results on my photography website

I know you're being helpful, but it would only serve to confuse people, as you would be repesenting one (or a few) persons interpretation of what a 'level' involves. A prime example being the net-model version of soft g/g, which seems to mean cuddling and pretend kissing, and my version, which involves anything short of perntration.

Thats why I'm saying tell it as it is and explain exactly what you want, to avoid confusing and embarrassing situations which arise from dainty little polite terms.

Fair enough Peter - i was emailed asking me to post if i would be willing to do photos and i was happy to do so - if its not needed or wanted then thats not a problem - just doing as asked

Post the link to your site where you have had the best idea...

For others.. Peter advertises like me using the exact wording of the work required, but he goes one step further. On his site he has pics of what the work involves. He shows what soft and hard g/g and b/g are to help models to understand and.. He still gets the stupid replies.

We had a long thread running on another forum about this subject, and I was going to post the link to it... But.. The archive has been culled, so it's vanished

Then again, if a model has to ask what hard g/g etc. means, the answer is, she's not ready to do it

Hear Hear JoeA - mind you, after a year in the business i still get emails from photographers calling themselves professionals asking me if i do g/g, b/g or continental but then email again to ask what each level involves - some of the enquiries beggar belief - maybe in future i ought to send them a link to peters site - be quicker all round than explainations that they then reply to and ask if i do all that it entails when ive already told them i do lol
